Waffen-SS Officers M40 Overseas cap ‘Schiffchen’. Original German WW2 Waffen-SS Officers M40 Overseas cap ‘Schiffchen’ with Infantrie Soutache. Super condition just light wear, fine officer high grade gabardine cloth. White piping is factory applied as is the machine applied white soutache denoting Infantry / Infanterie. Flatwire officer skull aswell the SS eagle are nicely hand applied and original to the cap, skull has an small damage from folding/wearing as can be seen at the pictures. Interior side is finished in typical cotton, partial soft leather sweat band to front. Textbook example in perfect size for an mannequin, very rare to find W-SS Officers Oversear with silve wire insignia!
