WW2 German Luftwaffe Flight EM/NCO’s Visor Cap “Hertlein”.

This is a nice original Luftwaffe ‘Fliegertruppe’ (Flight) EM/NCO’s Visor Cap (Schirmmütze). Visor caps were a standard item for all armed forces personnel during the Third Reich period. Although enlisted personnel were issued their caps from government supplies they were also permitted to purchase privately tailored caps. This is privately purchased visor cap, the sweatdiamond is present and nicely maker marked by “Hertlein”. There are many high end fakes from this maker but this one is correct ;). The cap is having the yellow ‘Truppenfarbe’ (branch-colour) for paratrooper (Fallschirmjäger) and/or Flight personnel (Fliegendes Personal). The leather sweatband is in light used condition . The cap is complete with it’s original zinc/ silvered coloured aluminum cocarde, eagle is missing. The simulated leather chinstrap is in good condition. The cap shows normal traces of usage. Nice original Luftwaffe visor cap in light worn  condition!
