Wehrmacht Streamer Tassel Plaquette.  Streamer tassel plaquette for a German standarte. Beautiful made in Neusilber and  the quality/detail is really incredible. The date on one of the metal plates is 16 March 1935, which is when the Wehrmacht was founded. Still easy to open close.
